Blue Tyes of Grass is an new Bluegrass band formed in 2008 from Central Kentucky area. Members include Mike Creech, Bruce Fyffe, Eulas Fyffe, Randy Bryant, and Tyler Hogan.

After performing in different bands, these guys have gotten together and recorded a new CD project, signed a deal with Kindred Records, and are busy booking shows, including playing at the JD Crowe festival in 2008 and to local crowds at the Southland Jamboree in Lexington, Ky.

The new project "Test of Time" has some original material by Mike Creech, a song by Dave Maggard (Lefty's Old Guitar), Ricky Wasson (JD Crowe band member), some new arrangements of a few traditional songs, and was produced by Ron Stewart (Dan Tyminski Band).
